PilatesThis class is a total body/mind workout which focuses on precise concentrated movements using the mind to feel and focus the body. Movements emphasize building strong abdominals and lower back to enhance strength, muscular symmetry, alignment, flexibility, grace, and coordination. All fitness levels.8:15 am
Hatha YogaBroaden your mind and enhance your spirit through deep breathing, relaxed movement, and mental concentration. Bring your entire system into a state of balance. All fitness levels.9:00 am
Light & LivelyA beginner level, lower impact aerobics class in which dance and walk-aerobics are choreographed to music. Learn basic movements, steps, and cues. Strength training, abdominal firming, and interval circuit training are also included. Monday and Friday classes are cardio conditioning and coordination. Wednesday classes are toning, strengthening, flexibility, and balance. All ages and fitness levels.10:00 am

Aqua ExerciseWill increase muscle tone, decrease body fat, and improve balance and flexibility. Participants will enjoy greater ease of movement with less strain on bones, joints, and muscles as they perform exercises such as arm circles, knee lifts, side bends, etc. Come stretch your limits in this water friendly environment.11:00 am
ChrisanityAn anything goes Cardio class. Every class will be a different high intensity challenge. All levels are encouraged, but this is a high level workout!4:30 pm
YogablendYogablend is a blend of Hatha and Vinyasa Yogas and basic flexibility training. Attention will be on strengthening the knees and core while creating length and balance through purposeful breathing.5:20 pm
