Getting to Know Your Classes


Tai-Yo is a fusion of two ancient practices, Chinese Tia Chi an Indian yoga. Tai-Yo helps to improve your concentration, focus, balance, coordination, strength and flexibility though the practice of Yang style short/long form, yoga flow series and static poses.

Senior SurgeFor moderately active older adults of any age. Build bone strength and reduce the risk of falls by improving strength, posture, balance, coordination and flexibility. Participants will use balls, bands, weights, and functional training.10:30 am
Aqua ExerciseWill increase muscle tone, decrease body fat, and improve balance and flexibility. Pump-n-PowerA 45-minute muscle sculpting class that is individualized to the participant. A powerful workout for intermediate to advanced levels. Class size is limited to 19 and is on a first come, first serve basis.5:00 pm
