A year and a half ago, I decided to do something about my increasing weight and overall fitness. So, through nutritional eating and joining Chambersburg Fitness Center for my physical activities, I was able to achieve my body fat and weight loss goals. My workouts at C.F.C. were instrumental in my fat burning and muscle building plan, helping me to become physically fit. Thru the various classes and equipment offered at C.F.C. to work with, I am now lean, strong, and have confidence in myself.Rodney Small, PA
If you have the desire to change your body, health, and the way you feel about yourself, then joining C.F.C is a good play to start. It worked for me.
In 2004 I was diagnosed with osteopenia and my doctor prescribed medicine taken weekly. In 2008 after discussion with my physician I stopped taking the medicine due to possible worse side effects. While on the meds my bone density tests improved very little. After not taking meds my test remained the same, didn't change. In 2011 I started going to stretch class on Tues. and Thurs. morning. In October 2011 my bone density showed my hip stayed the same, however, my spine improved and my height has improved by 1/4 inch.I credit this improvement to the stretch class which is also enjoyable. My doctor told me to continue going to class whenever possible. Thank you Chris Anne for a great class.Cecile West, PA
