Aqua Aerobics

Combines various cardiovascular conditioning movements and strength training activities using a variety of pool tools with the resistance of the water. This class challenges the participant's cardiovascular condition at his or her own level.

Aqua Exercise

Will increase muscle tone, decrease body fat, and improve balance and flexibility. Participants will enjoy greater ease of movement with less strain on bones, joints, and muscles as they perform exercises such as arm circles, knee lifts, side bends, etc. Come stretch your limits in this water friendly environment.

Balance & Stretch

This 30-minute class targets all muscle groups with a focus on improving flexibility, joint range of motion and relaxation. Great for men and women of all ages.

Cardio Blast

20 minutes of heart-pumping cardio. This class will vary between Turbo Step, HIIT, Tabatas, Speed drills and Kickboxing. Intermediate to Advanced levels.


An anything goes Cardio class. Every class will be a different high intensity challenge. All levels are encouraged, but this is a high level workout!

Core Blast

20 minutes of abdominal, lower back and glute strengthening exercises taught in an interval training format. TRX, kettlebells, medicine balls and bodyweight will be used. Advanced beginner to Advanced level.

Hatha Yoga

Broaden your mind and enhance your spirit through deep breathing, relaxed movement, and mental concentration. Bring your entire system into a state of balance. All fitness levels.

Mat Pilates

Work on flexibility, muscle strength and muscle endurance. Emphasizes on proper postural alignment. core strength and muscle balance.

Power Yoga

A Yoga class with a athletic edge. Burn calories and work up a sweat while building strength and flexibility. This class offers stretches to help tone and lengthen muscles as well as body weight exercises to build bone and muscular strength. All levels encouraged but this is a fast-paced cardio yoga class.


A 45-minute muscle sculpting class that is individualized to the participant. A powerful workout for intermediate to advanced levels. Class size is limited to 19 and is on a first come, first serve basis.

Pump-N-Power 101

A 35-minute muscle sculpting class that is individualized to the participant. A powerful workout for beginner to intermediate levels. Class size is limited to 19 and is on a first come, first serve basis.

Silver Sneaker Classic

Have Fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscle strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a Silver Sneaker ball are offered for resistance. A chair is available if needed for seated or standing support.


Challenge your mind and body to a new level in this creative choreographed advanced step class. The choreography is exciting and the intensity is high to help you improve coordination, body awareness, and cardiovascular conditioning. Intermediate to advanced.

Step Interval

A combination of step aerobics and toning using weights and resistance bands. The last 15 minutes of this class will end with stretching to Christian Music.


Yogablend is a blend of Hatha and Vinyasa Yogas and basic flexibility training. Attention will be on strengthening the knees and core while creating length and balance through purposeful breathing.


The fastest growing dance aerobic craze inspired by the traditional cumbia, salsa, samba, and meringue music and uses red-hot international fun and easy to follow dance steps and moves with body beautifying benefits.

Zumba Gold

Zumba Gold is a Latin-dance inspired workout that is accessible for seniors, beginners or others needing modifications in their exercise routine. Zumba Gold builds cardiovascular health by challenging the heart and working the muscles of the hips, legs and arms with dance moves.
